Astrology & Healing

The following pages are an exploration of the energies of the signs using photographs, quotations and my own musings. They are intended to stimulate thought and/or discussion and not intended as definitive statements about the signs.

Astrology is an ancient system of symbols. We can think of the planets and constellations in terms of their energy and look at how that energy impinges on us as human beings living on planet earth.

The axiom, "As above, so below", means that the energy of the planets is reflected in what is happening on our planet, thus, whatever is born at a particular moment reflects the energy of the planetary pattern above, giving us the birth chart - of a person, an event, a country...

These energies are potentialities; we still have the freedom to work with them, fight against them, etc., and the interplay of the energies has many ways of manifesting - I do not see them as 'fixed in stone'.
